Sleep Aid & helpful diet

Hi to all of you good people,

I follow all questions and answers on this site and have learned many important

things from your postings.....so I'd like to contribute with something helpful.

As a sleep aid when I wake in the middle of the night I take QUIETUDE, a

homeopathic medicine which can be purchased in health food stores...just two

tablets under the tongue and it works subtly within half an hour with no side

effects at all.

I have lung cancer and I think the major healing factor for me has been THE

BUDWIG DIET, as well as LDN. It is now nine months since my diagnosis. According

to my oncologist I should be dead by now because I refused surgery, chemo and

radiation. The Budwig diet gives me a wonderful energy, the LDN has cured a

lifetime of depression. I have not had a cold or sick day since I began the

Budwig Diet 9 months ago. All my Lupus symptoms have disappeared as well, which

probably is due to LDN. My last 3 PET scans have read " no further growth " and

the last one showed the SUV levels cut in half.

A 70 yr old friend with stage IV lung cancer has been following the Budwig Diet

for the past 4 months without LDN...His recent PET Scan now reads " no further

growth " . He looks incredibly healthy now, says he feels wonderful as well....
