Guest guest
JB, I am not sure how LDN works, but do understand when first taken it covers the opiate receptors for four to six hours, which excites the bodies immune system, encourages it to respond. Now that sounds an ideal situation, something akin to natural. I have forgotten the half-life of LDN, but the resdidual Naltrexone hangs around for the next couple days and finally leaves the body. I just wished to comment, tis wondabar, hubby is sleeping, my understanding, is the last two of eight hours of sleep, that the immune system takes to rejuvenate itself, under natural conditions. Just me, but I believe that may be why LDN is recommended to be taken at night, since that is the time that work is normally done. I occasionally read, scientist do not really understand why we need sleep, but perhaps this is one reason or is it an urban legend? I do seem to remember prostrate cancer was linked to a vitamin D3 shortage, as well as lung cancer. Something like ten thousand units a day, might be recommended. stay vertical, david lubbock tx.
