4/17/2003-2011 LDN anniversary

2923 days ago I started LDN. 4/17/2003, 8 full years now. ( low dose naltrexone 3 or 4.5 MG 1x/day http://www.ldninfo.org )

Still no colds, just one 3 day fever in 1/09, no allergy tortures, & all blood work consistently within normal ranges, January was my last test.

I just found an ENT down here, I’m going to ask to rerun the allergy scratch testing to see if anything changed since 2007 showing all food allergy gone.

and Happy Birthday to everyone I know during these 2 weeks... 4/9 (2), 10 (5), 11 (2), 12, 13 (2), 14 (2), 15 (2), 17 (4), 18 (2), 20, 21, 22 & 23 (5). 30. I think there are more, but I can think of 30 right off the top. I’m sure there’s many more in the groups too.
