Guest guest
Have started husband on LDN, just want input as to how you all feel regards the action of LDN, do you think it builds up in the body over time as I think I have read where it leaves the body over 18 hours ,any one like to explain how they think it does work or are we all different, we're at the 5th day husband is ok has had a headache on day 2 none since (maybe not even LDN) still having pain from his rhuematoid sometimes but not bad, having the vivid dreams but sleeping well also he's actually sleeping in which is rare for him . He has the prostate cancer on top of the rheumatoid. Love to hear from you
Guest guest
, There is no need to wean off LDN - no hard or horrible side effects will occur from just stopping. Yes, wait until your husband has stopped taking all opiate pain meds before going back on LDN again. What a shame he has to have the surgery - hope it all goes well. ps. no one apart from aussies and brits would know what Aspro Clear is - I`m a Brit but live in the US - been so long since I heard Aspro Clear and it made me smile, so thanks!Bev low dose naltrexone From: jyboyd@...Date: Sat, 23 Apr 2011 03:59:16 +0000Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Prostate Cancer Hubby has been taking LDN now since the 12th April 5 nights on 1.5ml,vivid dreams then 3.0ml since dreams seem to have sub-sided, some slight headaches; twice he has taken aspro clear for these so not to bad, then thinking of taking it to 4.5ml till the 1st of May as his surgeon has said to stop all drugs 14 days prior his radical prostatectomy, then do we just stop from 4.5 level or should we wean him off and then I guess we just should start up again when he is off all drugs for his operation pain, do think we have it right, his op is the 16th May probably in for 5-7 days they say
