How do I know if it's working?

Hi, sometimes I am sure the LDN is working--I'll be symptom-free for over a

week, but then the symptoms may return, with a vengeance. At this point, I

really am not sure.

Given that the ultimate goal of LDN is to halt disease progression, and symptom

improvement is a may-or-may-not-happen bonus, how can I tell if it's working?

Are there specific tests and markers that can be checked?

I have CREST syndrome, a variant of systemic Scleroderma.
