Guest guest Posted April 22, 2011 Report Share Posted April 22, 2011 When I first started on ldn I could not sleep well so I started at 1.5 in the AM daily. Then I was able to raise it to 3mg daily in the morning. The only problem I am having is brain fog now and I am sleeping like a baby which is good but the brain fog is not.
