Hypo thyroid and goitre with antibodies HELP! IODINE

ANy guidnace welcome.

My 17 year old daughter has the condition. In 2009 she successfully used LDN at

1.5 with selenium etc. and brought all blood measures back to normal within

about 6 months. Her tpo antibodies went down to 11 from about 40. We alos used a

little of Lugols iodine.

However she topped the regime as she wa slosing alot of weight.

Now the goitre is enlarging and she had numeous hypo symptoms. We have gone back

to the doc for mpre tests.The tpo is climbing to 33 as well.

Ive upped her iodine to 6 drops but coincidentally she has a very sore htroat

and fins ir hard to speak and swallow but there is no sign of inflammation

inside the throat just swelling on one side.

Im concerned the iodine is having a detrimental effect. Ive been advised to do

salt flushes but mawaiyting that mailorder and have upped her intake of vit c.

Can anyone advis eplease.
