Guest guest
Sara, I've tried the Saw Palmetto/Pygeum and it seems to drop my cortisol down to zero. The Beta-Sitosterols seem to do the same. The Saw Palmetto and Pygeum are loaded with beta-sitosterols. Nettle I have and have tried and it seems to increase die off which aggravates the prostate. Almost any herbal has antibiotic properties. > > > Has anyone found anything that helps with nightly prostate issues? > > Mine seems to swell up while I sleep. > > > > I'm currently trying Beta-Sitosterol and Triphala. > > >
Guest guest
: do you have the Nettle Leaf or the Nettle ROOT. They are totally different. Herbs do NOT work like abx at all. They help with symptoms and help your immune system to fight off the culprits. They do not cause the die off that abx do, though some herbs will cause some die off as they are anti=bacterial. I have taken both for Lyme in the past three years, and there is no comparison in my experience. I canNOT take abx for any length of time, but have been on herbs steady. You have to start out super slow with the herbs, and build up to your maximum dosages. Your system has to adjust to them. You might try a short regimen of amoxycillin also. Low dose, taken with milk, NOT food.
