LDN for Multiple Sclerosis and Progressive Bulbar Palsy

SirI am a male person aged 43 with Multiple Sclerosis (RR) and living at Islamabad Pakistan. I am new to this forum. My Neuro does not agree to prescribe me LDN. At this stage, I am not on any DMD but only taking medicines for symptomatic relief like neurotins and baclofan.I want to start giving LDN a trial but cannot find a supplier in Pakistan.. Can u tell me how to order Neltrexone and what would be its approximate price. My second question is that my aunt aged 82 is living with Progreesive Bulbar Palsy. Can I recommend LDN for her also.I seek your professional advice in this regardThanking you Sajid from Pakistan
