Guest guest
I've had two great days. I don't know whether this is because I've been off the rocephin or because I am in the refractory part of the lyme cycle or because the artimisinin has killed whatever. It's a shame that I have to load up on antibiotics every day to ambush the borrellia whenever it decides to divide, which might only be every third or fourth week. It's too bad a way can't be figured out to time everything, sort of like the rhythm method...

Do all the bacteria divide at the same time? I'm fairly recently on a/b and I haven't noticed anything that strikes me as a herx reaction. I'm also seeing a good homeopath and I think it has made a difference, so there's the possibility that the homeopathy is softening the herx. Or maybe I haven't had a reaction yet. Does anyone has an idea when the first herx reaction to a first course of a/b is likely to show up? Thanks, Daisy
