I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia (thanks, Lyme) and now find

that I'm having trouble keeping track of what I need to do when at

work. With Lyme, I've suffered Lyme brain for short periods of time

and could always sort things out when I got my brain back. With fibro,

the fog is there most of the time.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to make it easier for me and

my poor memory to keep track of things at work?
