Thanks ! I LOVE peas, and had no idea they were so much better than

broccoli and spinach, which are not high on my like list. I found a recipe

on the back of a Cento chicken broth can that uses spinach. It is really

good and gets the spinach down my throat without the urge to puke!

I love split pea soup too, so I guess I'll have to make it more often.

I don't care for peas all that much. It depends on how they are made. I sure

live spinach. I like eating it uncooked. Oh, heck, for that matter I like it

cooked too when I go to the Mongolian grill. Yummy. But from now on, when

peas are in the menu, I will eat them. =-/
