Guest guest
hi jon and welcome back stopped ldn at night due to severe sleep problems, so take in the morning 2ml, will increase to 4.5ml once body adjusts your body is the best judge morning ldn is not a problem regards/peter/london/ppms From: Jon <kloetus@...>low dose naltrexone Sent: Tuesday, 26 April 2011, 22:14Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Back! I have MS and have used LDN since 2004. I stopped in November of last year to try Gilenya, and it didn't work. I'm happy to say that I started back on 3.0 mg's last nite. However, I've never slept well on it. I happened to see someone mention taking it in the morning. Will it work that way?! I thought that went against Dr. Bihari's entire theory of its efficacy. Any advice is appreciated. Glad to be back!
Guest guest
Hi, and you're so welcome back!!As far as I know, most MS patients are taking LDN in the night time; now some trial say that the time of taking it doesn't matter, but I would go for what those with MS have experienced. You could always consider melatonin or any mild sleep aids. May be this time around, and starting at a lower dose will help you out?Good luck, IngridFrom: Nicholls <peter.nicholls@...>Jon <kloetus@...>; "low dose naltrexone " <low dose naltrexone >Sent: Wed, April 27, 2011 12:08:49 PMSubject: Re: [low dose naltrexone] Back! hi jon and welcome back stopped ldn at night due to severe sleep problems, so take in the morning 2ml, will increase to 4.5ml once body adjusts your body is the best judge morning ldn is not a problem regards/peter/london/ppms From: Jon <kloetus@...>low dose naltrexone Sent: Tuesday, 26 April 2011, 22:14Subject: [low dose naltrexone] Back! Guest guest
Hi, I have MS and take 3.5 at night. I also take "Zoplicon" which adds sleep. Since taking LDN I have had no progression or increase of lesions on MRI scans. Hope it works for you. (Gloucester UK) [low dose naltrexone] Back! I have MS and have used LDN since 2004.
