I know this isn't something to joke about... but oh well! LOL

I KNEW YOU HAD BUGS!!! Here's my proof! LOL LOL Maybe, if you took a bath at

least a few times a week, you wouldn't be " bugged " as much by your itching!

LMAO You know i'm only kidding! LOL...sorta!

Hi,

I've had a tough week. I learned something though, and that is that life is

too damn short to waste on stupid shit. I love and care for you all so much,

and want you to know this. You are ALL such wonderful people, which I don't

think most of you realize. It was by luck that I picked the being sick list

to join...the first time around that is.

I hope that I am welcome back, and if I'm not.... let me know.

For those that have kept in touch..I thank you, and hope that we can keep in

touch! :)

Love,

Krissy

Krissy,

Krissy-

You

Talk

I have MS and have used LDN since 2004. I stopped in November of last year to try Gilenya, and it didn't work. I'm happy to say that I started back on 3.0 mg's last nite. However, I've never slept well on it. I happened to see someone mention taking it in the morning. Will it work that way?! I thought that went against Dr. Bihari's entire theory of its efficacy. Any advice is appreciated. Glad to be back!

Hi, and you're so welcome back!!As far as I know, most MS patients are taking LDN in the night time; now some trial say that the time of taking it doesn't matter, but I would go for what those with MS have experienced. You could always consider melatonin or any mild sleep aids. May be this time around, and starting at a lower dose will help you out?Good luck, IngridFrom: Nicholls

Hi, I have MS and take 3.5 at night. I also take "Zoplicon" which adds sleep.

Since taking LDN I have had no progression or increase of lesions on MRI scans.

Hope it works for you.
