Guest guest
Welcome back, to LDN land, I could be all wet behind the ears, but I seem to recall, the very last bit of refurbishing the body does afore waking, is replenish the immune system. That is somewhere around the eight hour sleep mark. But I have often wondered if those that sleep only six hours at night, do they also have a viable immune system, why yes of course they do. Hence it would seem logical, to add in LDN at bedtime to coincide with that process. But that is only my WAG. But anywho, I only take my LDN in the mornings, works well, my numbers are the same if I take it at night. So to answer your question, without a doubt, it works, most likely anytime you take it. I wanted to try taking it twice a day, but my dock said no, she fears I might get an autoimmune disorder. How do we learn if we do not try. But I tried it several days in succession, and I do think it does improve the numbers, but that is very subjective. I must be one in a zillion who can read their CBC w/ diff's. I firmly believe a caveman can do it and determine if LDN is working. Of course I have leukemia, and have a cbc ran about once a month. compare the numbers before to the numbers after I started LDN. , the numbers were about sixty percent larger. david lubbock tx.
