i just buy a small calendar, the one with big boxes for each day and i write

my symptoms on each day. on the left is a column and that is where i keep

notes about meds/supplements. it is great and easy to take to appts. where i

just whip it out and have a good snapshot of each month. ex. mon: migraine,

tired, tue: start doxy feel ok, thrus. herxing, sore, brain fog. it kind of

goes like that. i have 6 yearly calendars so far and it is easy to look back

from year to year even and see where i was physically during the month of

aug '06 to aug '07.

Hi,

I just ordered this daily journal. It is in spiral bound calendar/book form. I

have not received mine yet.

You can keep track of your supplements, medications, dietary stuff, physical

symptoms and test results. If you go to Amazon they have an option where you can

look inside the book. I also found it for sale at www.wholeapproach.org it cost

more there, but they had a better picture of the inside of the book.

Hope this helps,

Liz

I use an Excel spreadsheet. I have many columns where I track my meds and

supps, a comment column , and then many columns where I track symptoms,

blood pressure and weight.

I graph some of these. It was especially interesting to see my symptoms

gyrate widely for five months after starting Rocephin, and then they calmed

down. I wouldn't have realized that without the graph (picture).
