I can highly recommend my doc. Email me privately do to controversial issues. I

lived in Mich (Detroit, GRapids, AnnArbor, Traverse , Manistee ,Cadillac ) all

my life and then moved to Arkansas 2005. I beleive I was ticked fall 2008 and

have been unemployed ever since. Since I discovered I was late stage Lyme..I

took the non traditional protocols first and got some relief..however since I

found my LLMD..Ive been on (three types) abx for 2 months...and now I can say I

have begin to recover. I am traveling to see him Feb 2 and will follow up with

my next treatment plan. I just spent $600 (no insurance) on 11 lab test at

LabCorp..waiting on the results today...My doc takes a all around

approach...Lyme treatment with meds plus testing hormones, thyroid, herb therapy

and healthy diet...I was basically home bound and at times bed bound a year

ago..now I have less pain..more energy and I can even THINK!!!!

I still have a few down days but overall I hope to have a job someday

soon...Having Lyme support and getting educated is most important. Sorry you

are hurting..what is your story> Dar

Subject: [ ] Can you recommend your doctor? I'll travel anywhere!

Hello listmates,

Two years ago I tested as " Indeterminate " on a Quest WB. I had two IgM bands

positive--23 and 41--and only one IgG--41. I now realize I need to pursue this

further with a LLMD.

I currently live in northern Michigan, where there are no LLMDs. I've heard

that Michigan itself has a doctor or two, but I've read some negative reviews

that I'm not comfortable with. I'm willing to travel to be seen, for both myself

and my son (who I think may have been infected in utero).

I'm not sure if the location of infection matters, but I was probably infected

in the south--Florida/Georgia--since that's where I was when I started getting

symptoms. I've been sick for 10+ years without knowing the cause, so at this

point I'm dealing with chronic disease and possible co-infections.

I would love to hear about good doctors others are seeing. If you love your

doctor, please email me. I'll go anywhere in the US.

Thanks for your help.
