Lyme Doctor Referral in Illinois or Wisconsin

I am writing to find out if you can provide me with names of Lyme Disease

doctors in Illinois or Wisconsin. I am particularly interested in doctors who

use Igenex laboratories for testing.

I live in Chicago but have not been able to find a doctor around here. My story

is typical of Lyme disease symptom sufferers who cannot get doctors to show any

interest in what is making me sick - too outside of their usual practice. I
