Just in case it may be a good idea to take a probiotic to replace any good

bacteria. They certainly won't hurt you. An active culture yogurt does not have

it all. Check with your local health food store. Good quality probiotics are in

the cooler there because they are living organisms.

I'm using both Samento and Enula tinctures in my treatment plan for

Lyme and babesia.

Does anyone know *for sure* if it matters whether these are taken

with or separate from food?

If you do know, would you mind telling me where you got that

information?

I'm also wondering, from anyone who's used one or both of these, when

you began to feel a diminishing of symptoms.

Thanks so much,

Blue

My LLMD has me take the Enula and other tinctures on an empty stomach,

waiting 15 to 30 minutes to eat. They don't upset my stomach this way, so it

works fine for me. As for herbs in capsules, I would probably want to take

those with food, but not sure what is recommended by LLMDs.
