Personally, I cannot drink. At all. I used to be an average drinker, maybe a

glass or 2 of wine/beer a few times a week or not ;) Once I got really sick 3

years ago I couldn't drink. My tollerance went down almost immediatelty and I

would be sick for DAYS off of one glass of wine. I have had sips of things here

and there(toast at a wedding sort of thing) but I simply don't drink anymore.

I am fine with coffee. May not be the best choice, but I have given up so much

that I was NOT giving up my cup of coffee in the morning. I do drink organic

coffee with either org milk or coconut milk.

I am predominantly a raw food vegan. I eat 75-90% raw foods, no animal products

(sans the occasional milk in the coffee, and kefir)This is what works best for

me and I really feel the reason I have not been sicker than I am/have been is

because of my diet.

has LD. Some doctors seem to be very stringent that we should not have either,

others say both are fine, so long at the alcohol does not affect that particular

antibiotics being used.
