In this last URL, in a post dated Feb. 17, 2011, Eva Sapi said: " It is a letter

to the Editor so it is not online so I attached it. We are working on the full

paper right now. ... very bests. ... Eva Sapi Ph.D. "

The 2008 letter is in the " AJCP submission 08.pdf " attachment to that post. The

full paper is pending submission.
