Guest guest
I have had good results with a fairly steady regimen of probiotics. That is to say good bacteria. The intestines naturally have a symbiotic bacteria culture that is part of the good health of the bowels. Without that you can have IBS as well as the sensation of scalding and some other issues. Most all antibiotics do not discriminate good bacteria from bad bacteria. Yogurt or acidophilus is not enough to replace all the good guys. You can find a good probiotic at a well supplied health food store. Be sure that it is in the fridge section! It is a live culture that must be kept cool so that it is simply hibernating. Probiotic is the only name that I know for this. There may be other terms. It has really helped me. I was living in the bathroom for what seemed an eternity. Good luck and be blessed! Guest guest
Thanks Earrl, I do use both Shaklee's Probiotic and Prebotic each day. One is a powder and the other is a small pea like capsule and doesn't need refrigeration as the pea isn't released until it is in your stomach. I know I have been under some emotional stress and that is what the hospital release form added as a reason so I'm adressing that too. Thanks for your response. Guest guest
Thanks for your response. I tried the gluten diet for a couple of weeks a few years back with my llmd but it didn't seem to help at that time. Boy, this disease is just an enemy of our bodies.
