Guest guest
Sorry, forgot to mention the first link also mentions herbs that help to to mess with bacterial " quorum sensing " for forming biofilm. Many of us have posted these very same herbs in essential oil form or in food or teas, as most helpful. Tumeric, which was a recent topic for us, is one of them. Worth checking out. > > > > Hi & J > > > > Here are 3 posts I copied in the past they speak of biofilm & cures : > > > > I am also perplexed about getting rid of biofilm. If anyone on this site has gotten rid of their biofilm I would love to hear about it. The fibers seem to be on the top of the biofilm and I take hydrogen peroxide and wipe my face with a face wipe and the wipe has fibers on it. > > > > > >I just looked at the fibers off my face with a special black light flashlite, and the fibers off my face on the cotton wipe do fluoresce. I've looked at the fibers many times on the microscope and they look mostly the same. I do not believe they are fabric fibers because they mostly are limited to blue (predominantly), red, clear or black. > > > > > > >
Guest guest
I am wondering what experiences people have had with different things to break down biofilm. I have been taking bromelain, and now have switched docs who recommends a chelating agent and an enzyme- his first choices for me are chlorella and boluke. Thanks
Guest guest
I've used (and still use) lumbrokinase, which is boluke. I like it -- it's a slight blood thinner, and boosted my energy levels noticeably. Guest guest
My LLMD has me taking Vitalzyme and NaEDTA for the biofilm protocol. And he only has me do that special part of the biofilm protocol three days per week.
