Guest guest
Protein is hard on the body. It is a " lazy making " food according to Ayurvedic medicine. Although we need lean proteins, fish, tofu, fowl, lean beef, nuts... the best foods are the fresh vegetables, whole grains and sea greens. I feel lighter and perkier the more I eat of fresh living foods. -adele
Guest guest
Thank you so much for saying that! All I have heard from my doctor and others is how I need protein and quite frankly I felt awfull the first few weeks starting the diet. Feel so much better on living foods! I really think we need to just stay away from the processed stuff. Thanks again, Marti > > > Protein is hard on the body. > > -adele
