thanks--but you have told me what you know--show me where I can find the

info.

Historically, people for thousands of years have lived, quite nicely, I

might add, on diets with nuts, cheeses, molds, etc.

Stomach acid is quite corrosive by itself, but we need it in moderation to

digest our foods.

My daughter was bulemic for years and the stomach acid literally ate away

her teeth--but our digestive systems survive it, literally need it to do the

job.

I realize that isolates can come from many foods that in small portions

might not be harmful but in concentrated forms are very toxic. I just want

to be sure the evidence is accurate before we condemn the food. Have any

studies been done on the poor nut to prove that the levels of this aflatoxin

are in fact harmful?

Homeopathic cures acutally use many toxic substances in minute amounts " the

hair of the dog that bit you " philosophy. Again, in moderation.

Ascorbic acid is very corrosive in a certain state, but it is found

liberally in so many vitamin C supplements. Same with citric acid.

And don't forget penicillin is a mold.
