I really do... and have not been able to add them to my candida diet... too bad because they are good protein. wendy Re: what to do EAT!!! , I am new to this but I know enough to say that we should starve the candida but not ourselves! I eat : plain oatmeal with a little soy milk lots of celery with virgin olive oil and salt and pepper spring mix salad with virgin olive oil salt and pepper and a couple of drops of rosemary flavored flax seed oil walnuts pumpkin seeds chick pea and tahini hummus broiled fish jumbo shrimp with lemon juice steak eggs organic unsweetened plain yogurt with a little sweet and lo to taste chinese take-out!! (steamed chicken or shrimp with veggies OR chicken with black bean sauce with the sauce washed off OR bean curd and veggies with the sauce washed off) Fresh brand veggie juice Juice from a juice bar hamburger without the bun, pickles, ketchup Health food store broths Pau D'Arco tea lots of filtered water just a bit of diet soda Kombucha tea for energy Green super foods Essential greens in tablet form chewable vitamin C as a candy substitute Plus all kinds of natural herb remedies for candida and parasites. I hope you get your energy back!! Please get a lot of Oxygen, clean water, and green food! What about hazelnut patties, or the like? Mixed in with other things, and watered down?
