Guest guest
I understand where you are coming from too and fight it at times. I have only been on this yeast-free plan about a month and a half but have been an insulin dependent diabetic for 27 years. I know one of the strategies that I use is to get a notebook and whenever cravings get strong, sit and write about what I am feeling and what I want to eat and then write why I should stay on the plan (like how good I feel). I doesn't work every time, but it does most of the time, and if you have enough different strategies, the wrong eating rarely wins out! in WA (Enumclaw)
Guest guest
, I've heard of keeping a food diary but your ideas about writing what you *want* to eat and *why* you should stick to the plan are wonderful! I'm going to try this as I am a " stress eater " (but only bad foods, I never seem to want to stress eat a stalk of celery...hmmm) and if I stick a pencil in my hand and write then maybe the cravings will be more bearable. I love it! Lily ** a fellow (former) Washingtonian...from the Spokane side
