Guest guest
Hi, All...Sorry, I don't post much at all...quite preoccupied & busy setting up a new little company to build websites, etc. But I found myself very emotional this morning due to my stage of detoxing from sugar and refined flour products, going on 13 days now with NONE! Actually, I was reading Sweetmeat's story of the Love, Success & Wealth bearded men & started to tear up. HAH!!! That was very unusual for me, so I knew I was on edge, getting alot of crapp out of my system. My name is . I live in Maine, where I design & sell my Lobster & Puffin Puzzlers to retailers in our midcoast region. I'm 49. I've been struggling with shedding alot of VERY bad habits over the past several years. Recently, I decided to dump from my lifestyle sugar & ALL refined flour products. (This is AFTER I have removed alcohol & other drugs from my self-destruction!! Gone now!) Anyway, among the many symptoms of such a FORMER lifestyle is yeast-like things (itching, food cravings, post-meal bloating & lethargy, ad infinitum), the most aggravating of which (currently) is what I think (no MD diagnosis) is tinea (frigging JOCK ITCH!). Upshot is, once I removed ALL sugar & refined flour products, what used to be only a mild, intermittent crotch itch NOW (past 2 days) wakes me up at night for a scratching fest!!!! WOW!! So I was considering getting some tea tree powder or citris powder to attack the buggers topically while I continue to militate against 'em systemically with good diet & lifestyle changes. What do you think? Where's a good site to find these products? BTW, I am currently taking psylium & bentonite to pull some stuff out. And drinking TONS of water! Thanks to All on the list!! Pemaquid, Maine http://www.puzzlechest.com/ PS That post about the logic & above-animals approach I also identified with quite well! Thanks to ALL..
