Most toothpaste contains fluoride, which is a neurotoxin, meaning it poisons the brain and nervous system, and they also contain sugars which feed candida. Like wrote most members make their own toothpaste, and she listed one. Here's some other kinds of toothpaste you can make: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/teeth1.php#a7 I use 3% hydrogen peroxide mixed 50/50 with water to clean my teeth. Guest guest
I use PerioScript and I LOVE it! It's about $7 for a med sized tube. I buy on-line. It's herbal - no fluoride. That along with the Perio Script oral cleanser helped my gum problems (inflammation, bleeding, etc) so much! After 3 root planings over a three year period didn't help - I started using this cleanser in an irrigation machine and at my next cleaning my gum pocket measurements were all 3's with only one 5 (before it was all 4 and 5 with a few 6!!). Guest guest
I've been wondering about this - since this is a purely liquid solution, do you just swish it around like mouthwash? Do you need to use a toothbrush at all? Thanks, andra > I use 3% hydrogen peroxide mixed 50/50 with water to clean my teeth. > > All the best, Bee >

When the mixture gets bits and pieces in it, I strain it through a fine sieve and keep using it. Bee
