Dripping it on the part where the nail regrows every single day for a month or two to change the PH of the fingernail so that the fungus cannot grow there, the guy said it was 100% effective. There is something about not missing a single day though and apparently the entire nail needs to regrow. But I dare say that I think hydrogen peroxide oxidizes the pathogen. As far as the black walnut ... there is talk about needing it to be very strong tincture ..
