Guest guest
Gee you learn something new everyday! I had no idea that Candida could be implicated in low iron levels. Fortunately for me, iron deficiency isn't one of my problems. I had them checked not so long ago and the normal range in my test was 100-140 and mine came out at 135. However, when I'm pregnant and my iron looked a little low, there is a really good iron supplement I took it was made by 's. Apparently, it's one of the best in terms of absorption. I guess if you wanted to increase your iron you take this supplement (or whatever supplement) along with the digestive aids - if one is taking any. I'm just thinking if you had problems with absorption in the gut then you either would have to take heaps of what you are deficient in and hope for the best or take something that aids digestion with it (or before or after). Apparently vit C is good in helping one absorb iron - but not sure how this goes with Candida...... Hope this helps someone! T.
