Guest guest
there's no sugar or corn products listed. This specific one is made by Trader Joe's (a national chain store) and doesn't have preservatives - not even citric acid. mmm.... i have it with my eggs. I can 'do' eggs ... and this salsa just is " perfecto " with them... Also - we make our own pinto beans and we don't re-fry them. We make them in pure water and use onions and garlic - are they ok too? I've been eating them a bit off and on - but I think they must have a higher glycemic index... because of the rise in my blood sugar later....anybody know? wendy Re: Query? Are there any sugar or corn products in the ingredients? Any sugars listed on the nutritional info? How many carbs per serving? Hope that you can enjoy it. BTW, what are you eating with salsa? Guest guest
Hi, first post, (first day!) so I may be missing something here. Tomatillos are in the nightshade family. If you can't eat tomatoes, potatoes, peppers, eggplant, don't eat tomatillos in any form. --- D & WMcPhail <dwmcphail@...> wrote: > Does anyone know if " green tomatillos " are > acceptable to eat on a candida diet??
