pounding heart - do I have systemic candida?

Hello Everyone,

This is my first post to this list. I joined a couple of days ago.

The reason: during the last 6 months I've had a more or less constant pounding

heartbeat. Not faster than normal, just this HEAVY pounding. It's so powerful

that I have trouble falling asleep at night. It tends to get worse when I lie

down in bed to sleep. Maybe this is only because other sensory input decrease, I

don't know.

Other symptoms I have that indicate some kind of fungal problem:

¤ severe dandruff whenever I stop using a special dandruff shampoo

¤ soar, dry skin on my elbows

¤ easily irritated eyes (often blod shot)

I don't have any diagnosed food intolerances, but I do have a history of IBD

(Crohn's). Currenlty, my bowel seems to be in pretty good shape (no diarrhea at

least).

Anyone on this list who's in a similar situation or someone who can give general

advice?

I've started taking drops of grapefruit seed extract (for two days now, so far

now improvement) and I'm following a rather strict diet (no starch, no fruit

etc).
