Where to begin????????????????

I'm brand new to this website. I have read many posts and I'm not

sure where to begin.

I am 100% sure I have systemic candidiasis. I have been to countless

doctors with visible symptoms only to be told " Your problem is not

yeast related " ...no testing being performed. This diagnosis is made

just by looking at me!

I'm sure you all know the frustration.

I have a significantly painful and cracked tongue, along with hives,

dry skin/hair, bruising, scarring, depression, foggy feeling, mood

swings, tingling/numbness in my feet, etc. The list goes on, but I'

won't bore you.

I do not have a clue where to start. I know my immune system is

basically not working. I get colds and they last 6 weeks and come

back a week after I feel better. I know my liver is not functioning

properly and my kidneys and spleen are also not functioning properly

(as per holistic physician who was kind enough to read previous blood

work for me).

Where did you all find you needed to begin????? Do you have any

suggestions on what I should address first (immune system, combating

the yeast, etc..)???? Also, I have been told not to take vitamins

because most of them are containing yeast. I think my cracked tongue

may be due to a vitamin B deficiency. Anyone have similar tongue

symptoms? And does anyone know of any good vitamins to take that may

be more natural.

Sorry to ramble.... It's good to read that some of you have found

things that work!

Thank you for your time.

Kate
