Guest guest
> Three tablespoons of flax seed provide 9g of fiber, as well as 1 tablespoon of flax oil (a two-fer! definitely a deal!) I am also using ground flax seeds for fiber, however I am always forgetting to take it. By the time I finish a meal, it dawns on me that I've forgotten my flax seeds. I thought that if I took another form of flax seeds as in oil or gel caps, that it would be too much. Are you saying that the flax seed OIL, or flax seed gel caps also provide you with fiber? If they do, I will definitely go out and purchase them, because at the rate I'm going now I'm not getting too much fiber as it is. Thanks, Niz __________________________________________________
