I was a junk food junkie and could never imagine how in the word I could ever give it up. But I was so sick all of the time, (Candida, Food Intolerances) that I just quit eating any of it. Now I don't even think of it. I don't miss any sweets at all. When your body is used to sweets you crave them uncontrollably. After it is out of you system, the other foods taste so much better.
