Guest guest
Alistair Stevia is banned anyway in European Community countries. I have found a number of pages which may explain the situation. http://www.low-carb.co.uk/stevia.htm http://www.foodstandards.gov.uk/bulletin/no120/stevia.htm http://www.davidicke.net/medicalarchives/nutrition/stevia2.html
Guest guest
Does anyone know if Avacadoes are ok for candida? Are they full of sugars? Also how about Eggplant? Also can someone tell me what exactly is in stevia, ie what makes it sweet? Is it just a more complex sugar? Thanks Everyone All the best Alistair

They are very hard to find. It is better to stick to unprocessed meat products. Bee
