Good for you, Lee. You're a brave person and I commend you on your bravery

and conviction; it takes a lot of guts to do what you're doing.

It is with great interest that I await your future posts. Please keep us

apprised.

Regards,

Beth

Thanks Beth.

Firstly I must correct your header: it is NOT litigation. It is a

genteel English complaint which has to be processed under the British

NHS complaints procedure rules. Litigation implies lawyers and

compensation, and my case will have neither. It would cost me about

£100,000 to sue them. My yearly income is about £8,000 so there is not

much hope of me finding that sort of money!

I don't feel brave - I am very angry for the lost years of my life, and

the unnecessary anxiety and nearly-out-of-my-mind worry they put me

through. Seven different doctors were involved in my case over 8 years,

plus 2 psychiatrists and 2 dieticians.

I'm not letting the anger dominate my life because that would be

allowing the illness to eat up even more of the time I have left to

live. I will go through the complaints procedure and put up my website

in order to help others with the same misdiagnosis. I will then go off

and live the rest of my life, and forget about the lost years, about

revenge or retribution or bitterness. I will of course always look for

signs of candida in others and advise them accordingly. I have already

found three other members of my family who have it (unbearable sugar

cravings, mood swings, fatigue - what else can it be?????).

love to all

Lee
