Primal defense & brain fog

Hi ,

I'm curious why you thing the primal defense helped your iron level to go up?

Better absorption??

Speaking of brain fog, I'm drinking Pau d' arco tea again and it always

" gets " me in the head. I feel like it's killing all the yeast in my head. I

get a specific kind of headache for a couple of weeks, you know, the feel

worse before you feel better situation. Then I feel " clearer " and my

cravings are less also.
