I am getting ready to start taking primal defense. I started thinking last

night though, that once I start, I'll have to take it for the rest of my

life... Is that true? Also, how does anyone afford this stuff? I understand

that you work up to like 20-25 pills a day. It costs close to $40 per bottle

making one bottle worth about 3 1/2 days! Can somebody help me?

Hi .

You say that PD should be taken all on its own. This can create time

conflicts. Can I take my Synthroid at the same time?

It works better, so they say, on an empty stomach. I usually take my

synthroid, PD and Iron+C when I wake. The rest can wait. Is this a bad

combination? If so, which must I take out, and why.

Hi

I would never use 20 or 25 pills a day. Personally I think it would be a

waste of product and money. The literature that comes with the product says

to work up to 12, 6 twice a day... or some people take 4 3X a day. You

maintain at that dosage for a short enough period of time. Its not forever.

They recommend 1 to 3 caps daily for maintenance. You can order it for $27

per bottle if you buy a case at a time.
