Guest guest
I go to a live and dried blood spot naturopath. A slide of my blood is put under a particular type of microscope and I can view the amplified image on a TV screen. A recognisable shape is related to candida. I believe this because if there were heaps of this shape in my blood I would have been drinking lots, and feeling fatigued and other symptoms. Whereas, if I don't drink or eat refined sugar for some months, then these candida "shapes" are greatly reduced and I function well. I do experimental diets and leave out certain foods for some weeks. Wheat is out and soya is out now. I do take some supplements and cold-pressed oil, etc. Blood candida is supposed to occur in only extreme cases. I don't know, but high levels of this 'shape' is bad. Also I know that candida can have serious symptoms, but remember that it is the immune system that fights it, so feed the body correctly nutritionally. Restricting your diet too much can only harm the immune system.
