Guest guest
Hee hee! Sure Leah! He's already convinced that a lower carb lifestyle is the way to go and just recently realized that I have candida. My eyes have horrible dark circles around them all of a sudden (been eating too much chocolate) and he looked at me one day and said " I guess you really do have that stuff, don't you? " I was like THANK GOD! I've been trying to tell him that all my problems for the past year and a half might be because of this candida. He thought it was all in my head. I'm taking the angle of " I'm having trouble staying on the diet and need a buddy. " Hopefully that'll keep me (and him) on track. I'll notify you of my progress. > > > > , which Gaia herbs are you taking. They make outstanding > > > products. > > > > What symptoms did you have? I juice first thing in the morning before I eat, so it digests fast and I use vegetables, either carrot, celery or cucumber as a base and then add kale, greens or parsley or dandelion leaves or cilantro. I need to do this more than once a day. I, too, have thought that a fast would be beneficial. The problem is I already underweight.... so I'm not sure when I should do this or if I should just do a series of short fasts. Ter
Guest guest
Most authors don't have the Dr. before their name. Here is the amazon book information for Breuss. Just paste it in the line and you should get the info. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ISBN% 3D0920470564/afimifreonlineboA/104-0282958-4903938 > << I came across this book by Dr. Rudolph Breuss. >> > > Joyce, > I would like to know this book's name.
