Guest guest
HELLO! Have some questions and thoughts. I have been taking candida killers, namely digestive enzymes, pro-biotics, caprylic acid, and grapefruit seed extract. My digestive tract is so much better, but I find that I break out in strange rashes now. ( beyond the psoriasis I have always had...) Could this be candida running from my digestive track? If I try antihistamine cream it does nothing, but if I rub tea tree oil into it then it clears up almost immediately. I know tea tree is an anti-fungal. Also on weight loss- test for adrenal fatigue before typical diets, which are heavy on fruits and veggies. The book Adrenal Fatigue is especially helpful and I think the website is www.adrenalfatigue.com or do a check at amazon.com Many with candida have adrenal problems. If you do then high-potassium foods, namely fruit, can make you super sick and diets push high-potassium foods, of course. I have to drink water with dashes of salt in it. And many people with candida have weight problems no matter how much they eat. One naturopathic doctor told me one reason is that the candida clogs the lymphatic system. YUCK... I recommend books by Caroline Myss and Mona Schulz for understanding the emotional causes of candida. Itching, Marcie
