Guest guest
I'm really surprised to hear of problems with that product. Before I even knew that what I had was yeast, I used to carry a bottle of Super Papaya to use to *relieve* bloating! I tried all kinds of antacids and other stuff, but the papaya tabs were the only product that gave me relief. Did you chew them up well? Did you use a whole bunch of them? I never used more than 2 at a time, and I don't remember needing to use them more than 3 times in a day. You can have too much of a good thing, but in this case I'm not sure exactly how much that is! ~~~~~ ~~ ~~~~~ Enzymes cause bloating? > While at the health food store yesterday, I bought a small > roll of Super Papaya Enzyme Plus. Guest guest
yes, I can see why they may cause bloating at first. You must must must drink lots of water to aid in digestion. No, water does not dilute stomach acid, that is a myth. Bloating occurs when the enzymes encounter mucous, candida, and impacted waste along the digestive tract and intestines. Try doing a thorough colon cleanse, using lots of water with that too, and you should see a difference. Hope this helps! -adele > > I'm really surprised to hear of problems with that product.
