Guest guest
From your files on rejuvelac: Good quality rejuvelac tastes similar to a cross between carbonated water and the whey obtained when making yogurt. Bad quality rejuvelac has a much more putrid odour and taste and should not be consumed. Does this mean is has a bubbly taste to it? I followed your instructions and let it set for 3 days and just tasted it this morning. It has a sweet taste and a cabbage smell to it, but no carbonation bubbles. Does that mean it did not ferment properly? I used green cabbage, does it matter if you use green or red cabbage? Thanks Bee! []
