Thanks Jackie. True...I don't want lots of preservatives and junk in my system.

I may have another plan that I'm positive will be okay. I was talking to a

friend and she mentioned that her lemon tree is still bearing fruit in excess.

So she is going to bring me a bunch and I will juice them all and freeze the

juice into cubes. Then I can just pop a couple out of the freezer as I need

them.

I don't think it would be a good idea, Ellen. I just checked on the

ingredients in " RealLemon " brand juice. They are: " Lemon Juice From

Concentrate (Water, Concentrated Lemon Juice), Sodium Benzoate, Sodium

Metabisulfite And Sodium Sulfite (Preservatives), Lemon Oil "

You wouldn't want the various kinds of sodium and preservatives.

Can you freeze lemons whole?

I don't think so. Maybe Suz will know, I just plan to juice them and freeze

juice into cubes.
