Hello everyone

I recently posted a message saying that I'd cut all the foods out

that I shouldnt be having, and that I was now having problems with

constipation.

Almost two weeks ago, I started by cutting the all-bran that I had

everyday,(due to the carb content)- I have seen the files where

fibre particularly the kind that Ive been having is not recommended,

but I didnt know then, I have always had a problem with

constipation, and when I had all bran in my diet, I would go every

day. So as not to go completely cold turkey I have been taking

psyllium along with slippery elm.

Im really having problems, havent been properly in two weeks, I need

some help...........I have tried all Bees recommendations, the mega

dosage of vitamin c (no success), extra vco (no success), Ive had 2

enemas so far with a " little " success (one yesterday), today I was

so desperate, and seeing as how you're only allowed 2 enemas per wk

today I had a durolax suppository, and even that didnt do a very

good job.

The only thing I havent tried is the magnesium.

Currently the only supplements Im on are garlic (tablets) supposedly

equiv to 4-5 cloves daily, and vco. Im doing the diet, but because

I seem to be ravenously hungry all the time, Im probably having too

much, so not the correct ratios. I have cooked turnips and lots of

onions, tomatos, brocoli, green beans, eggs, all sorts of meats. Im

having the celtic sea salt, cod liver oil, lots of lemon juice.

Is anyone able to offer any ideas, that worked for them, I feel like

I cant go on like this, my stomach is like a balloon.

Id be so grateful for any help or suggestions.

Kat
