The only thing I havent tried is the magnesium. > > Currently the only supplements Im on are garlic (tablets) supposedly equiv to 4-5 cloves daily, and vco. Im doing the diet, but because I seem to be ravenously hungry all the time, Im probably having too much, so not the correct ratios. I have cooked turnips and lots of onions, tomatos, brocoli, green beans, eggs, all sorts of meats. Im having the celtic sea salt, cod liver oil, lots of lemon juice. > > Is anyone able to offer any ideas, that worked for them, I feel like I cant go on like this, my stomach is like a balloon. ==>Kat, lack of enough good fats will cause problems. When you increase protein/meats you must get plenty of good fats along with it. That's not just a tablespoon or two of coconut oil. For my height of 5'6 " the ratios are: - 64 grams of protein - 169 grams of good fats (minimum) - 54 grams of carbs To calculate your ratios see the Candida Diet Folder, and using www.fitday.com calculate foods you eat. You can include your cod liver oil in the calculation of your daily fats. Maybe try having Bee's Egg Drink which allows you to add a lot of butter. You can adjust and of the amounts in the recipe and still have a good drink. Bee
