of my body and seem to be increasing as time goes on. Over the past

week my neck and face are noticable dry, rough, itchy and flakey.

I woke up 2 or 3 times and badly needed a drink of water because I

was so parched, so I am up by 4:00 am, earlier than usual this

morning.

==>Try to shower less to allow the body's natural oils to

accummulate on the skin; do not use soap, in fact just water cleans

just as well, and see about getting a shower filter to cut down on

the amount of chlorine.

==>Also remember that your cells cannot use water without having

plenty of " good " fats, so try to get your ratio of fats up to the

ones recommended in the candida diet folder.

able to do more. I am not one to sit around, even when I am not up

to much. I keep as busy as possible. Our water is reverse osmosis

and we add Concentrace to it as you recommmended.

==>Do you know how much Concentrace to add?

skin have really got me concerned and I need to know what to do to

help curb this before it gets any worse. I am taking fish oil

capsules, but am wondering if cod liver oil would be better right

now with the dry skin going on.

==>Oh, now I know your problem, it's a lack of Vitamin A. When you

take fish oils and depend upon the sun to get Vitamin D, you must

take vitamin A as well (they make halibut liver oil capsules with

just vitamin A). To get your skin up to par take at least 50,000

mgs for a month, and then cut back to 20,000 mgs.
