Guest guest
Hello everyone on the list! I first would like to inquire about hiatal hernia. Does anyone in this group have hiatal hernia? Has anyone in this group tried the exercises (massages) in the files to help with this? I feel 99% certain I have a hiatal hernia. (I also did the hernia test contained in the file) I began doing the massages (ileocecal valve) this morning but couldn't find any tender or hardened areas. but I massaged in the general area anyway. I have virtually 0 fat on my abdomen so I feel this isn't the problem. Any advice on finding the tender/hardened spot? Second, Thank you BEE!! I have been (commited and seriously) working on my candida for 4 months. The first 3 months using BED and The last month using your program. All of my symptoms have subsided on Bee's program. No more stuffy itchy ears, no more foggy head, no more feeling like I was going to pass out, no more eye floaters, no more anxiety etc.. The only symptoms I have left are gas, bloating, belching, feeling of food and pills getting stuck in my throat and occasional rapid heart beat (especially when bending over, lying down, or after eating). Which leads me to think hernia? Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate it! Thanks again Bee. I feel my first 3 months helped me prepare to use your program 100% and achieve such rapid success! Looking forward to the rest my healing journey. Ronnie Ps I am taking the supplements you reccomend.

Does anyone in this group have hiatal hernia? ==>Hi Ronnie. First, welcome to our group. I have a hiatal hernia. >Has anyone in this group tried the exercises (massages) in the files to help with this? ==>I have not tried the ileocecal valve massage because I can massage my stomach into place when needed. I learned how to do it from a naturopath who adjusted it for me. >I feel 99% certain I have a hiatal hernia. My problem is mainly in the hernia area, and not elsewhere. My stomach has always been a problem area for me, ever since birth. Therefore I've had many many bouts with upchucking, which I believe caused the hernia in the first place. In the past, when I moved from one place to another, and was lifting heavy boxes and furniture, I would get terrible attacks landing me up in emergency. Since finding out about the cause if I consciously lift correctly I do not experience problems like I used to. > > Second, Thank you BEE!! Since your throat and esophagus also have mucus membranes like many other areas of the body, candida will overgrow in them too. This can cause you to feel like food and pills are getting stuck in your throat. Rapid heart beat is normal when you bend over because the blood is rushing to your head. After eating it is because your body is working hard to digest foods so all of the body's processes are speeded up. Laying down you would notice your heartbeat more than when active. I'm not saying you do not have a hiatal hernia, however there are other causes of the things you've mentioned. ==>To directly kill candida in the throat and esophagus drink antifungal teas like garlic, Pau D'Arco or clove. For Pau D'Arco follow the instructions on the box. For the others see Drinks & Teas in our Recipe Folder. > > Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really appreciate it! ==>If you do have a hiatal hernia the best thing is to see a good chiropractor, naturopath, accupressurist, etc. who treats them directly with massage. They can also confirm whether it is a problem or not. The one I consulted was trained in all 3 methods. He did massage, accupressure, homeopathy, supplements, herbs, etc. and also cured my h. phylori ulcer. I haven't had an attack since then. > Thanks again Bee. I'm thrilled to hear how well you are doing on my program. It does get results " if followed " like you do!! Yippee for you! > Ps I am taking the supplements you reccomend. ==>Right on my friend!! The best in health, Bee
