something else contained in meats. ALA is actually found in flax

seeds or flax seed oil but it requires conversion to forms the body

can use which are EPA and DHA. Candida sufferers are unable to do

that conversion so that is why cod liver oil and fish oils are

recommended because they contain EPA and DHA that do not require

conversion by the body.
